The Requests option allows you to submit requests and inquire on submitted requests. This page has the following option,

·         Account Opening Request

·         Cheque Book Request

·         DD Request

·         Breaking an FD

·         FD Account Opening

·         FD Pre-closure Simulation

·         FD Renewal

·         Loan A/C Pre-closure Online Simulation

Click on Requests on the menu tab to display the following page.

Account Opening Request:

Click on Account Opening Request to request for opening of a new account.

Fill in the details and click Submit to forward the request to respective Relationship Managers.

Cheque Book Request:

Click on Cheque Book Request on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

Click on Fetch Address for detailed description of the selected account.

Click Submit to forward the request to respective Relationship Managers.

DD Request:

Click on DD Request on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

The Customer can submit request for Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft by filling this form and clicking the submit button.

The request will be send to Relationship Manager of the bank and further action will be taken.

Breaking an FD:

Click on Breaking an FD (Fixed Deposit) on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

Fill out the form and click Submit to forward the request to the Relationship manager. Account Nickname will list all the Fixed Deposit accounts.

FD Account Opening:

Click on FD (Fixed Deposit) Account Opening on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

Fill out the form and click Submit to forward the request to the Relationship manager.

FD Preclosure Simulation:

Click on FD (Fixed Deposit) Preclosure Simulation on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

Fill in the required details click Submit to forward the request to the Relationship manager.

FD Renewal:

Click on FD Renewal on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

Fill in the required details click Submit to forward the request to the Relationship manager.

Loan Account Preclosure Simulation:

Click on Loan Account Preclosure Simulation on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

Fill in the required details click Submit Offline to forward the request to the Relationship manager.

Loan Request:

Click on Loan Request on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page. Loan Request is for Loan Request for Car loan.

Fill in the required details click Submit to forward the request to the Relationship manager.

Query on Requests:

Click on Query on Requests on main page of Request Menu to bring out the following page.

Fill in the required details click on Retrieve. This will output the history requests submitted.
