• Certified list of present Board of Directors.
• Copy of Certificate of Commencement of Business, in case of Public Ltd. Company.
• Request Letter to open the A/C.
• Discharge relating to instruction by fax.
• Certified True copy of Identification Document viz Citizenship, Passport, Driving License, HMG/N Official IDs of Account Operators.
• Two Photographs each, of Account Operators.
• Introduction by existing account holder.
