NTC Bill payment

Nepal Investment Bank allows customers to easily pay Nepal Telecom’s Land Line (PSTN), Mobile Bills & ADSL Bills  online, over the counter or by using Standing Instructions. Please select the appropriate Tab to learn more.

NTC Mobile Bill Payment

 


 

 

Mode of Payments:


Any one of the following can be used to pay your NTC Mobile Bill

 

1. Full or Partial Payment by Cash

Customers need to fill-up designated Deposit Receipt for the cash payment.

 

2. Full or Partial Payment by Account Transfer (for NIBL customers only)

Customer need to fill-up designated Deposit Receipt for the payment.

 

3. Standing Instruction

For monthly payment, customer may sign Standing Instruction document to carry out payment through Standing Instruction. Since partial payment is not allowed for such payment mode. customers are requested to maintain sufficient minimum balance to carry out such payments.

 

4. Through ATM

Customers can pay their mobile bills from our ATMs by going to the utilities option and specifying the amount.

 

5. Mobile Banking

Customers can pay their mobile bills through NIBL Mobile Banking. Customers can subscribe to NIBL Mobile Banking through Customer Service of any NIBL branch.

 

6. Through eBanking

Mobile bill can be paid using our utility payment facilty provided in our eBanking service. All you need to do is sign in and    pay from anywhere anytime.

 

 

If you don't already have an eBanking facility, you can simply fill a form available at Customer Service desk or download the form.

NTC Land Line Bill Payment




Mode of Payment:

Any one of the following can be used to pay your NTC Land Line Bill. Please be informed that Land Line Bill of selected regions only can be paid.

1. Full or Partial Payment by Cash
Customers need to fill-up designated Deposit Receipt for the cash payment.

2. Full or Partial Payment by Account Transfer (for NIBL customer only)
Customer need to fill-up designated Deposit Receipt for the payment.

3. Standing Instruction
For timely payment, customer may sign Standing Instruction document to carry out payment thru Standing Instruction. However, partial payment is not allowed for such payment mode. Hence, customers are advised to maintain sufficient minimum balance to carry out such payment.

 

4. Through ATM

Customers can pay their mobile bills from our ATMs by going to the utilities option and specifying the amount.

 

 

5. Mobile Banking

Customers can pay their mobile bills through NIBL Mobile Banking. Customers can subscribe to NIBL Mobile Banking through Customer Service of any NIBL branch.

 

 

6. Through eBanking

Land Line Telephone bill can be paid using our utility payment facilty provided in our eBanking service. All you need to do is sign in and pay from anywhere at anytime.

Customers need to fill-up designated Deposit Receipt for the cash payment.

2. Payment by Account Transfer (for NIBL customer only)
Customer need to fill-up designated Deposit Receipt for the payment.

Customers can pay their mobile bills through NIBL Mobile Banking. Customers can subscribe to NIBL Mobile Banking through Customer Service of any NIBL branch.

Important Information

1. Please remember to add 0 and area code as prefix to your phone number
2. ADSL User ID must be exactly as provided by Nepal Telecom
3. Partial Bill Payment is not accepted by Nepal Telecom
4. Scheme upgradation(change)  and new subscription is not possible through NIBL
